Welcome, Ebrahim Azizi

We are happy to welcome Ebrahim Azizi, who joined the Sensing Group on 15 October 2026 as a doctoral researcher.

Ebrahim brings experience from both industry and the lab. Before joining us, he worked as an Embedded Linux Developer at Axel in Italy. In parallel, he collaborated with Prof. Kai Wu’s Nano-lab at Texas Tech University on in-sensor computing and Magnetic Particle Imaging (MPI).

He holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. He completed his Master’s thesis at the Bio Engineering Laboratory (BEL) of ETH Zürich, on compressed sensing for neural signals.
