Beyond Training: A Personalized Holistic Injury Prediction in Triathletes

Triathletes train hard across three disciplines, and the sheer volume puts them at real risk of overuse injuries. Wearables capture the physiological signals, but turning them into actionable, personalized warnings is the hard part, especially given the small, messy labeled datasets that sports science has to work with. This paper proposes a holistic, personalized learning model that flags rising injury risk early enough to adjust training loads before an injury happens.
